IPA - Right to Play Awards

The IPA Right to Play Award programme aims to recognise projects that implement, in innovative ways, Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). Projects that meet the programme criteria include activity programmes, public awareness campaigns, media products, implemented national or local legislation, design of spaces, and design of play items.

In 2011 eight submissions met the criteria for the IPA Right to Play Award - all of whom were presented with the Award during the IPA 50th Anniversary Golden Party at the IPA 2011 conference.
